    I make all my cakes with quality, vegan gluten-free flours, so having a yeast that is also vegan is fantastic. Since I discovered it I only use this one!

Description

Nat-Ali's baking powder is used for raising dough in savory and sweet pastry.

Gluten and phosphate free.

Indication

The rising of the dough is done by simple natural reaction of the ingredients when they are put in certain conditions of humidity and heat. Sodium bicarbonate causes the dough to rise by releasing carbon dioxide. Tartaric acid activates the release of carbon dioxide; it is obtained from the lees and marc of wines in the distillery. Corn starch, a neutral base, allows the properties of each ingredient to be preserved. Baking powder is used for raising dough in savory and sweet pastry. The rising of the dough is done by simple natural reaction of the ingredients when they are put in certain conditions of humidity and heat.

Intake mode

Recommended dosage: 2 teaspoons for 250g of flour.

Dry mix the baking powder with part of the flour for a better distribution.

Storage conditions

Storage of the powder at room temperature, in a dry place.

Ingredients

Corn starch*, baking powders: sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid.
