What is Nature et Partage tongue scraper, daily oral hygiene?
The Nature et Partage tongue scraper is an antibacterial ally made of stainless steel for easy cleaning . Its use, which is part of Ayurvedic practices, is recommended by specialists in dental and oral hygiene.
Why use a tongue scraper?
The oral cavity contains an impressive amount of bacteria that it would be illusory to want to remove with a simple toothbrush. Thousands of germs colonize the mouth every day and are responsible for the formation of tartar. This tartar is then deposited on the teeth as on the tongue, contributing to halitosis (bad breath). Not to mention cavities and gum disease which further amplify this phenomenon!
The surface of the tongue is a breeding ground for bacteria, which can lead to bad breath and infections of the teeth and gums. Cleaning your tongue with a copper scraper is the most effective way to kill these bacteria.
Plus, it will send reflex messages to all of your internal organs to stimulate digestion and help assimilate food.
How to clean the back of the tongue?
It is recommended to use a tongue scraper when getting up and on an empty stomach, to remove the lingual bacterial film. The tongue brushing is done from back to front, in order to remove the deposits that cover it. 2 or 3 gentle passages on the tongue allow to eliminate these deposits and phlegm that can migrate to the sinuses.
First, brush your tongue with your toothbrush to clean the surface, then gently use the tongue scraper from back to front until the debris is completely removed.
Rinse your mouth.
Repeat two to three times a day after each brushing.
