How to apply Copper nasal burbot 350ml?

To do a complete cleanse, fill the Nasal Burbot with warm water and 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt. Mix well and introduce it into one hole and let the water gently come out through the opposite hole. The water from the Burbot is enough to clean both pits. Remove excess water with a couple of short, strong exhales and repeat on the other hole.
