How to apply Magnesio Musculo Spray Corporal?
Spray onto the body and massage into the skin well to stimulate absorption.
Ideal after exercising and showering. Reapply as necessary.
For best results, apply to clean skin.
Apply to any part of the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
Training Aid: Apply a minimum of 10-20 pushs morning and night to help restore magnesium levels. Increase the dose during intense training.
For recovery : apply to the muscle area and massage the skin well. Repeat as many times as necessary and keep the area warm.
